Dear students and first time startup founders,

It wasn't so long ago that I was in your shoes and I remember, admire, and sorely miss the hustle and grind.

Hello,

I’m Mint Pattanan, and I’m all about building meaningful creations rooted in impact and sustainability.

Mint was named on the second installment of the Next 1000, a Forbes honor of entrepreneurs across America in 2021.

My Work

Presently, I'm fortunate to be operating a startup with an incredible team at my side. I started Rootastes Boston at the age of 28 by turning a marketing class project into a business in 2016. Rootastes was born from an idea that inspired the mission to change the way office employees eat their lunches.
